Supported Self Study

A supported self study online course to help individuals and teams learn the nuance of emotional intelligence - the building block of healthy culture creation for individuals and teams.

Culture Building Consulting

Organizational and individual consults and coaching to help leaders design clear organizational culture that has buy-in from top to bottom, and through intergenerational and hybrid work environments or through rapid growth and change. This custom consulting service is designed to understand your specific needs, map internal and external culture, and support you and your teams through innovative testing, team coaching and  tactical strategies.

4 Day Intensive Workshop

We offer a 4 day strategic leadership intensive workshop online to help leadership understand how to integrate culture into their workplace.  It is experiential, interactive and offers peer connection.  It allows you to learn the building blocks, understand your nuances, and build skills to understand what works best for you at a fraction of the cost of a full culture building consult.

    Dr. Romola Porchuk is a clinical and organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience guiding strategic change, leadership development, and culture transformation across complex organizations. As Director of Human Capital at Magnus Associates, she is recognized as a leading voice in emotional intelligence, people strategy, and building workplaces where individuals can thrive as their whole selves. Her approach blends deep systems insight with a belief that when work aligns with who we are, people and businesses flourish together.

  • Mischa Mackie

    Mischa Mackie is an international executive with over 20 years of experience designing people-centered systems that are both socially responsible and operationally sound. With a background in architecture, a master’s from the London School of Economics, and a deep commitment to emotional intelligence, she brings a uniquely interdisciplinary lens to leadership development and organizational transformation. As a founding partner of EILI, Mischa blends strategy, empathy, and cross-cultural insight to help teams and leaders thrive in a rapidly changing world.
